Smile 2 does not have an end credits scene or a post-credits scene. For viewers wondering if they will or already have missed something in the film, don't worry as the sequel does not have a mid-credits or after-credits scene.

Viewers don't have to worry about missing anything if they get up from their seats without watching the credits. Similar to the end credits of its predecessor, the sequel's end credits see unsettling and incomprehensible sounds and eerie voices that are heard as the end credits roll.

The choice to not include a post-credit scene in the movie likely has to do with the movie keeping an open ending rather than foreshadowing where the next movie in the series is heading.

Many audiences believe that an absence of a post-credits scene could hint at this being the last time they get to see the haunting curse. Without giving away spoilers, fans can be assured that the final scene of the film does leave space for a third film.

While Smile 3 has not officially been confirmed, the ending of the second film paves the way for the third film to show the chaos of the haunting curse in a greater magnitude.
