Even though Cam Newton made his last NFL appearance in 2021, the former Carolina Panthers quarterback is continuing to build his team. Super Cam, as he is fondly known to his fans, announced the arrival of his 9th child in the most nonchalant way.
In a clip from an upcoming episode of The Tamron Hall Show sourced by US Weekly Magazine, when asked about his ninth child, Newton replies,
“Oh, he’s already here.”
Cam shares this child with Jasmin Brown, who already shares a 19-month-old daughter with him. Earlier this year, the Zatima actress announced her pregnancy with an Instagram post captioned,
“Feeling ALL the Love, kicks and elbow”

Cam Newton is the biological father of seven children and is coparenting two of his ex-girlfriend's children from prior relationships. Newton shares five children with Kia Proctor - four biological and one from her previous relationship.
His longest-standing girlfriend shares the following children with him - sons Chosen Sebastian, 9, Camidas Swain, 7, and Cashmere Saint, 6, and daughter Sovereign-Dior Cambella, 8. Shakira, 18, is Kia's eldest daughter from a previous relationship.
The 36-year-old quarterback also shares his son Caesar Lorenzo, 6, with ex-girlfriend LaReina Shaw, as well as her son Jaden, 19, from a past relationship.
Cam Newton has always been open about treating his stepchildren equally to those biologically his.
On an episode of Club Shay Shay last year, he had said,
“I proudly say I have eight children — six biologically through me. I don’t believe in stepchildren. What my biological kids get, everybody gets. I don’t have no favorites. I’m raising kings and queens.”

Cam Newton and Jasmin Brown have decided to keep the names of the children under wraps and are yet to announce the name of the newest addition to their family.
