Jen Lilley quick catch-up: The Days of our Lives alum debuts a brand-new look

The former Days of our Lives star and mother of four is entering a new hair era she can't wait to show off.

Jen Lilley, the actress who brought Theresa Donovan to life on Days of our Lives on and off from 2013 through 2023, has sported quite a few hair looks through the years. From a shoulder-length bob in an auburn shade of brown to longer locks with highlights, Lilley is like many modern women who just like to change things up every once in a while.

Last fall, the actress lightened her hair when she made a brief DAYS return, and the show asked her to go even blonder than she already was. Her hair stayed long during her three-week run as Theresa, but now it's long no more.

Lilley took to Instagram recently to show us her brand-new hairdo and tell us she is in her "short and sassy era." She shared a cute little before and after video, with the before shot demonstrating how easily her long hair could be turned into pigtails. The after-moment features a new angled bob that falls just above her shoulders.

The new 'do looks easily manageable for the mom of four, who also just celebrated her younger son Jeffrey's sixth birthday this week with a lovely social media message reading, "Jeffrey, you are the best brother in the world. Tender-hearted, selfless, always giving, always putting others first, hilarious beyond belief, and wise beyond your years. Being your mom is a dream come true. Love you forever! How are you 6!!??"

Lilley also has an older son named Kayden and two young daughters named Julie and Jackie. You can catch Lilley in feel-good TV movies on the Great American Family channel, with her latest flick being A Paris Christmas Waltz.
