As the final airdate for Days of our Lives' Arianne Zucker (Nicole Walker) quickly nears, the actress says she's finally done with the crying. But the tears are only just beginning for the fans who've watched the actress and fallen in love with her over the past two decades.

Zucker's final appearance will take place on Friday, October 20, and while it's bound to be an extremely emotional episode for soap viewers, it serves as a bit of a release for the actress herself.
"I think there was a release because there was so much buildup in a way of, Oh, my God, you're leaving the show,' for months and months,'" she shares with Soap Opera Digest. "I think for me, it was nice to be done with the crying and the emotion and the buildup of leaving."

But just how will Nicole be exiting the canvas? According to the show's official teasers, it might not be in the arms of Greg Vaughan's Eric like many viewers might have hoped. In fact, Nicole is said to break Eric's heart shortly before she bids an emotional farewell to Salem! It all sounds incredibly emotional, so be sure to have plenty of tissues on hand as you tune in to DAYS this week.
