Days of our Lives' Kate Mansi supports BC2M

Former Days of our Lives star Kate Mansi (ex-Abigail Deveraux) is asking fans to help her support Bring Change 2 Mind, which aims to educate people about mental illness.

Days of our Lives alum Kate Mansi (ex-Abigail Deveraux) has started a birthday tradition of supporting a different charity each year, and this year, her target is Bring Change 2 Mind, which helps develop programs, PSAs and tools used to educate about mental health.

"I've chosen BC2M to be my birthday charity because of the brave people who reached out with their personal stories about mental illness in response to the three mentally ill characters that I played this past year," she writes.

"I'm honored to support BC2M on October 1st, during National Mental Health Awareness Week, by co-hosting a fitness event, Sweat To Stop Stigma, at YAS Studio in Silverlake. Although this event is at capacity, you can show your support via the donate button on this page and by helping us spread the word about this important cause with #sweattostopstigma."

Mansi began playing the role of Jack and Jennifer's daughter in 2011. After much thought, she "decided the timing was right" to leave the NBC soap in 2016.
