Susan Seaforth, Bill Hayes to do book signings

Days of our Lives favorites Bill Hayes and Susan Seaforth Hayes will be appearing in book stores across the country to promote their new book, Trumpet. The fictional work tells the tale of a young woman in 1803 who wants to appear on stage but quickly learns that reality is far more complicated than fantasy.

Bill Hayes (Doug Williams) and Susan Seaforth Hayes (Julie Williams) will be crisscrossing the country for in-store appearances and signings of their new book, Trumpet.

Trumpet is a fictional work that follows the brilliant and sassy Elizabeth Trumpet as she fantasizes about starring on the London stage. "[B]ut to become an actress in 1803 is tantamount to losing her virginity in the most debasing way. After watching her mother die and her father lose his mind, the courageous sixteen-year-old must find a way to save her family. She scores her first acting job as a fencer -- the deadly skill she learned from her brother training for the military."
