The Bold and the Beautiful YAPP Recap, October 30: Just say NOOOOOO to Deacon and Taylor

Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

Was Taylor not crying her eyes out over Ridge just last month when he broke off their engagement and married Brooke in Eric's office after the commercial break? Was Deacon not so distraught at the thought of Sheila being dead that he did everything to prove she was still alive last year? And now all of a sudden, these two can't stop thinking about each other? There is something just so wrong about all of this. We thought that the two of them thought better of things when Taylor encouraged Deacon to go home to his wife and Deacon did just that. He told Sheila that he loved her, took her into his arms, and then started thinking about Taylor. All we could say at that point was ewww. How are Deacon and Taylor, of all people, suddenly falling for one another? First, there is no chemistry, despite two fine actors in the roles. Second, these two characters just don't fit together at all. Deacon doesn't seem like the therapy type and Taylor just doesn't seem like someone who would ever develop feelings for Deacon. When a pairing comes out of nowhere and makes absolutely no sense, then maybe it's just a bad idea. Deacon, concentrate on your wife. And Taylor? Stop thinking about a guy who is A-your patient and B-married.
