The Bold and the Beautiful Recap, September 9, 2025: Nightmares for Will and Taylor mean dreams come true for Luna and Brooke

Here’s the B&B recap of what happened on The Bold and the Beautiful on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

In the guest house, Taylor told Ridge that this time was going to be different. She wasn’t going to be let down easily, shed a few tears, and bid him goodbye to be with Brooke.

Ridge apologized to Taylor for hurting her. With Taylor’s encouragement and a flashback or two, Ridge recounted how Brooke almost died in Italy and how it made him realize what it would be like to live without her. “I never meant to hurt you, I’m so sorry,” Ridge said softly. “Just come here,” Taylor replied as they hugged. Taylor wiped a tear as she said she would be fine.

“As painful as this is, I’m thankful for the time we’ve had together,” Taylor told him. She said the engagement and everything had made her so happy. “We’ll always have this,” she said. Ridge agreed. Taylor conceded that Brooke was his destiny. “Oh, right,” Ridge laughed. Taylor admitted that in the back of her mind, she always knew it was a possibility that this would happen. Ridge asked her not to run away, but she assured him that she wasn’t leaving, as her life and family were in L.A. “So just go away, Ridge. Just do it,” she said.

Brooke fretted in the CEO’s office that Ridge wasn’t returning her messages and maybe he really was setting a wedding date with his fiancée. Katie came in and told her to quit obsessing and letting Thomas get under her skin.

Once alone, Katie went back to encouraging Brooke not to be too worried about Ridge, as he could be breaking things off with Taylor. Katie recounted what happened in Italy, and Brooke chimed in, and along with a flashback of Ridge saying he would make things right, they concluded that Ridge wanted Brooke more than Taylor. Brooke worried that Ridge’s sense of obligation could override his desire for her.

Katie agreed that Ridge could change his mind, but she didn’t see that happening. Katie was sure that at any minute, Ridge would come in and sweep her off her feet. Brooke told Katie she needed a minute to clear her head.

Once alone, Brooke thought back to all the times that she thought she’d lost her soul mate, but destiny brought them back together, sprinkled with some memories of those long, knowing looks between them in Italy. Just then, she heard his voice at the office door. “Logan,” he said. Brooke turned as Ridge walked towards her. “I don’t want to lose you. I love you too much,” he said as he pulled out a rose. “Will you be my wife? Will you marry me?” Ridge asked. “Yes…yes of course I’ll marry you. And I will always, always be your Logan,” Brooke gushed as they began to kiss.

Across the hall, Will was hanging out in the design office when Liam came in. He told him that he was getting weird text messages and needed to know where they were coming from. Liam jumped on the computer and told him he could help. He thought all the craziness was gone from Will’s life now that Luna was dead.

Liam downloaded some software on the laptop on the desk and then looked at Will’s texts. As he searched, Liam and Will chatted about how he shot Luna. Within seconds, Liam narrowed down the search to the exact apartment that the texts were coming from.

Li came back to her apartment, and Luna was holding a pregnancy test. She didn’t see it as she was distracted by the dirty clothes on the ground instead of the hamper. Li told Luna to be patient about her freedom and that it might come one day if she played by the rules. Li grabbed her tablet and went back out.

Luna got out a pregnancy test and went to the bathroom. In the apartment hallway, Will knocked on the door. He tried the handle of the door across the hall and then tried the handle at Li’s. It opened, so he went inside. There were still clothes scattered around, and he picked up a garment off the bed. Then he flipped through a book on the nightstand.

Will heard a noise in the bathroom and marched over, demanding to know who was in the bathroom. “Were you there that night at my party?” he barked. Will pulled out a credit card and tried picking the lock, as he told her she had “no right.” Luna tried to disguise her voice and called out, “I won’t tell anyone, just leave!” Will insisted he wasn’t going until he saw her face.

Will told her that she either had to come out or he would break the door down. Reluctantly, Luna opened the door. Will’s jaw dropped as he recognized her. “Luna?” he said in disbelief as she walked towards him, smiling. “No…you are dead!” Will stuttered as he stumbled backwards til he fell on the bed in shock.
