The Bold and the Beautiful Daily YAPP Recap, September 29: Li and Sheila...stranger BFFs than Brooke and Taylor

Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

The Bold and the Beautiful has a new team in girl power (Nozawa Power?) team in town — Li Finnegan and Sheila Carter. We honestly never thought we'd see the day, especially after Sheila ran Li's car into the ocean and Li so unceremoniously dunked Sheila's head into a plate of spaghetti and meatballs two years ago, but now Li is the one Sheila confides in when she's having marital troubles, and Li listens like a true friend. We had to wonder what show we were watching as Li looked genuinely concerned for the state of Sheila and Deacon's union. We were enjoying Li and Sheila as besties and worried Li would turn on Sheila the second she knew what Luna was up to, the night she disappeared, but nope, Sheila seems to have grown on Li. This is the strangest set of BFFs since Brooke and Taylor decided to watch that man right out of their hair a few years back. We loved that friendship, but alas, B&B decided to stop it in its tracks for no good reason. We expect Steffy and Hope's newfound truce to be over sooner rather than later, but let's hope this new team of Li and Sheila remains. It may be odd, but it's also entertaining and rather enjoyable. Who could ever have imagined...
