Will sharks eat The Bold and the Beautiful's Katrina Bowden alive in Great White?

Check out the trailer for the terrifying new film Great White, a shark-infested project starring The Bold and the Beautiful's Katrina Bowden (Flo Fulton).

The Bold and the Beautiful's Katrina Bowden has navigated through some choppy waters as Flo Fulton, who's taken nasty bites from characters like the iconic Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) in response to her bad behavior in Los Angeles. But believe it or not, Brooke isn't the scariest nemesis one could find oneself swimming with -- as can be seen in Bowden's latest film, Great White.

Inspired by true events, the horror project stars the actress as Kaz Fellows, who's involved in a seaplane accident that leaves her and four other passengers stranded in shark-infested waters.

Universal just dropped the trailer for the thriller film, which Bowden shared on social media. "So excited for you all to see this one," she enthuses. "I'm very proud of it and all who were involved. Plus, on a personal note, I had the time of my life shooting it."

Several of Bowden's B&B costars shared their thoughts in the comment section of the actress' post, including Tanner Novlan (Finn Finnegan), who quipped, "Exactly why I'm a lake guy!", and Lang, who shared, "Wow! Awesome!!! But I hope it doesn't keep me out of the ocean!"

Kelly Kruger (Eva) joined in on the fun, writing, "Looks soooo good! (Just not sure I can watch it)," to which Bowden suggested, "Get @theedarinbrooks [Wyatt Spencer] to hold your hand during haha."

Expected to be released this summer, Great White also stars Aaron Jakubenko as Bowden's on-screen beau, Charlie Brody; Tim Kano and Kimie Tsukakoshi as passengers Joji and Michelle Minase; Te Kohe Tuhaka as Benny the cook; Tatjana Marjanovic as Tracy; and Jason Wilder as Luke.

As Soap Central previously reported, Bowden had to take a short break from B&B to film her role in Great White, which she calls "a beautiful, nail-biting, character-driven, survival story." She took off to Australia, where the project filmed, in October of last year and returned to B&B just before Christmas.
