B&B casting sexy Latina leading lady

The Bold and the Beautiful is spicing up its cast with the addition of a sexy Hispanic actress to play a new, possibly comedic, role.

Get ready for an injection of excitement on The Bold and the Beautiful, because the CBS soap is on the hunt for a new leading lady who sounds like she'll be quite dazzling.

Soap Opera Digest reports B&B has put out a casting call for a name actress with heavy credits to play the recurring, leading lady role of Isabel, described as a "sexy and irreverent" Hispanic woman 45 to 50 years old.

The announcement adds that Spanish-language skills and comedic training are a plus for the new role, which should begin taping this fall.

In 2001, The Bold and the Beautiful became the first daytime soap to be simulcast in Spanish on the SAP (Second Audio Program) of televisions.
