B&B and Y&R garnered significant ratings increases during the waning moments of February Sweeps.
CCBS's The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless hit the ball out of the park last week, with both shows attracting their largest audiences in over a year.
B&B averaged 4.18 million viewers, up 10% from a year ago and its largest average weekly audience since the week ending February 16, 2007. It was also up 13% in women 25-54 (1.7/09 from 1.5/08) from a year ago.
Meanwhile, Y&R averaged 5.58 million viewers, up 7% from last year, and its largest audience since the week ending January 31, 2014. In specific demographics, it was up 5% in women 25-54 (2.2/12 from 2.1/12), up 15% in women 18-49 (1.5/09 from 1.3/09), and up 17% in women 18-34 (0.7/05 from 0.6/05), all the highest since the week ending January 31, 2014.
